3600 surveys

The 3600 survey is a feedback tool used to assess how work colleagues (senior, peer, subordinate and other relevant stakeholders) experience an individual. These experiences are largely based on perceptions, which become the reality for colleagues. The 3600 Survey allows these experiences to be captured and quantified in a single report.
